The Impact of Good Corporate Governance on Financial Distress in Transportation Sector Companies in Indonesia

This study aims to determine the influence of Board Directors, Institutional Ownership, and Managerial Ownership on Financial Distress in Transportation Subsector Companies Listed Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2018-2020 Period. used a sample 29 companies from 3 periods using purposive sampling method. The independent variables this are board directors as measured by calculating number members relevant year period, institutional ownership dividing shares held institutionally outstanding, managerial management outstanding.
